This Refund Policy outlines terms for refunds on subscriptions and services provided by Docioo, operated by Docioo Technologies. By subscribing, you agree to this policy.
Docioo is a SaaS platform providing appointment scheduling, patient management, follow-up tracking, and analytics. Due to the digital subscription nature, refunds are limited.
All fees are charged in advance based on the selected plan (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.). Pricing is displayed at purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable, including subscription fees, setup fees, and add-on services.
Refunds may be considered for: duplicate payment due to technical error; failed service activation on our side; critical features non-functional within 7 days of purchase if we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
If a free trial is offered, evaluate the platform during the trial. No refunds after conversion to a paid plan.
You may cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused time.
Contact info@docioo.com with account details, payment proof, and reason. Review within 5–10 business days.
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method. Gateway fees may be deducted.
Docioo Technologies may modify this policy. Updates posted on this page.
