Docioo provides software for healthcare providers to manage appointments, patient records, analytics, and clinic operations. Docioo is not a healthcare provider and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a binding agreement, and use the platform for lawful purposes only.
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of credentials, and be responsible for all activities under your account.
Doctors and clinics agree they are solely responsible for patient care, obtaining proper consent, complying with healthcare laws, maintaining confidentiality, and not misusing the platform.
Healthcare Providers own and control patient data. Docioo acts as a data processor. Use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Docioo may offer paid plans. Fees and features are defined at purchase. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Failure to pay may result in suspension.
You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, upload false or harmful data, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with system security.
We implement reasonable safeguards. You acknowledge no system is completely secure.
Integrations with payment gateways, SMS/WhatsApp, and analytics are subject to third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
All rights in Docioo software and design belong to Docioo Technologies. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell without permission.
We strive for uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability or error-free operation. Maintenance and feature updates may occur.
We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, non-payment, or security risk. You may terminate your account at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Docioo Technologies is not liable for medical decisions, loss of data or revenue, or indirect damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the last 3 months.
You agree to indemnify Docioo Technologies from claims arising from your use, legal violations, or misuse of patient data.
Docioo is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy of user-entered data or suitability for specific needs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
